PROJECT MANAGER - Position Filled

FIELD ENGINEER
We are looking for a multi-talented individual with excellent computer and communication skills to be part of our Civil Division. Candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in their field or in a related area. A valid driver’s license is needed.

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
 ·  Ability to read plans
·  Job layout utilizing a Total Station
·  Work with a site foreman to schedule and build projects to completion
·  Material ordering and delivery scheduling
·  Communicating with and scheduling subcontractors

SITEWORK ESTIMATOR
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our Estimating/Civil Team. Candidate must have a minimum of 1-3 years of site/civil experience or in a related field. Must be proficient in MS Excel and knowledge of In-Site Software a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
· Performs quantity take-offs
· Solicits subcontractor pricing
· Subcontractor package preparation and scope review
· Develops full bid packages
· Set-up and attend pre-bid walk-throughs and meetings

MEP COORDINATOR
The MEP Coordinator is responsible for leading the coordination and scheduling of field installation for all MEP systems. This individual will participate in preconstruction meetings and will be a prominent figure in the coordination processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
·  Review MEP estimates and subcontractor scopes and pricing
·  Review and coordinate all MEP submittals and shop drawings
·  Ensure the constructability of the design and compatibility
   with building codes
·  Assist in the development of the MEP construction and
   commissioning schedules
·  Conduct/Oversee the testing of MEP installations
·  Enforce quality control policies and inspections on MEP trades
·  Serve as a technical resource with owners and
   architects
·  Attend weekly meetings with owners, architects and
   subcontractors
·  Ensure all mechanical/electrical shop drawings are submitted
   to subs in a timely manner
·  Prior to project completion, participate in pre-functional
   testing, start-up and equipment commissioning 
   processes

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
·  BS in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction 
   Management or equivalent combination technical
   training and/or related experience
·  Minimum 5 years of MEP Experience working in hospitals,
   occupied buildings and renovations preferred
·  Minimum 5 years estimating projects with values up to
   $2-10 MM
·  Knowledge of estimating techniques, all engineering 
   disciplines and cost control systems or equivalent
   combination of education and experience
