This single story building was designed to blend into existing surrounding buildings and the Prouty Garden. The building had to be constructed between two existing structures with no direct access to the street and was built over occupied space. The facade of the building has a glass curtain wall with a naturalistic curve, a blue stone walkway and radius concrete retaining wall, which also provides handicap accessibility.

The interior is adorned with high-end finishes, such as custom cherry casework, a marble trimmed bluestone hearth fireplace and custom light fixtures. The Gamble Room, now being used as a conference room and physician's study is the re-creation of a century-old doctor's study which exemplifies the motif of the interior.
