G. Greene's Utility Division managed multiple phases of construction for National Grid's Electrical Contractor at Everett Substation #37. This project consisted of establishing layout and grade for the excavation, forming and placing 19 reinforced concrete piers and slabs for the electrical upgrades continuously occurring at the substation. The placement of the anchor bolts in the piers was critical to accept the pre-fabricated overhead structures. In addition, 600 LF of concrete encased duct banks were excavated and backfilled. This project required OSHA-30 and HAZWOPER certified personnel, all which was met by G. Greene's work force.
