Quality preconstruction is the foundation to a successful construction project. G. Greene has budgeted twenty-year radiology master plans, pre-purchased long lead time equipment such as air handling units, secured permits, and utilized our own labor forces for exploratory demolition.
The pillars of our preconstruction services are our Chief Estimator, Patrick McGarry and our MEP Coordinator, James McGrath.
With more than 20 years of experience, Patrick oversees the Estimating Department. As the Chief Estimator he oversees all estimates in the building division, provides his input and guidance to our estimating department, and ensures that our clients’ expectations are met. In addition, he oversees the long lead equipment process, subcontractor prequalification, and selection process. Patrick holds a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
James began his mechanical career in the United States Air Force as a jet engine mechanic. Post-discharge he worked as a plumber, gaining his Master Plumbing License in 1985. He also holds a Journeyman Sprinkler License. With over thirty-five years of mechanical and project management experience, he is an invaluable resource for pre-purchasing of mechanical equipment and analyzing existing mechanical systems for the feasibility of new designs.
When you trust G. Greene Construction to be your partner in the building or construction process, you get a full, in-house workforce that offers premium project management and execution so you stay on-time and on-budget.
